About the role:
Lead and coordinate comprehensive patient safety activities and incident investigations across the health service. Provide expert advice and governance support to clinical teams to ensure high standards of quality and safety. Analyse complex clinical data to identify emerging risks and drive evidence-based practice improvements. Facilitate educational sessions and capability building to foster a proactive safety culture. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement policy changes and clinical innovations.
About you:
You are appointable as a Health Practitioner, Registered Nurse or Administration Officer – with the relevant qualification, registration or experience. You possess high-level analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex clinical and operational issues. You are a clear and influential communicator, capable of engaging effectively with senior management and clinical teams. You demonstrate a proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits. You have a deep understanding of clinical governance frameworks and National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards. You are committed to ongoing professional learning and the empowerment of colleagues through education.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 p.a. is comprised of:
A salary between $122,784 - $131,352 p.a. (Admin)A salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a. (HP)A salary between $111,198 - $119,072 p.a. (Nurse)12.75% employer superannuation contribution17.5% leave loading
