Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Cased Goods Sales, you will be required to develop our E-Shipping function. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Hillebrand Gori sales function, through improved customer relationships the production of accurate and timely quotations to our Import/ Export customer base.
This position requires a high level or organization, attention to detail and collaboration with your team and wider business to ensure best outcomes at all times. You will also be liaising with the Hillebrand Gori local and global network to ensure that you are providing an excellent level of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
* Manage relationships and information requests from existing and/or potential customers via E-Mail, phone, online chats.
* Develop services provided to customers to improve their satisfaction. This includes regular face to face visits to customers as well.
* Provide our customers with solutions for transporting their Beer Wine & Spirits at the fastest and most competitive price possible.
* Negotiate with our partners and suppliers to get the best possible service at the fairest price
* Communicate and participate in the development of our platform by analyzing customer feedback and observations.
* Handle complaints and follow up on post-sales procedures until their resolution.
* Guide customers in navigating and utilizing our portal and propose solutions that meet their needs based on an analysis of their requirements.
Air, sea or road freight transport operations
* Support a portfolio of customers by providing customer advice and proactive problem solving.
* Handle the creation of offers, track customer shipments, transfer/create import/export documents.
* Organize airfreight, sea freight and last mile deliveries.
* Develop new routes to and from APAC to expand the range of services offered to Hillebrand Gori E-Shipping customers and cater small quantity deliveries for businesses and private individuals.
* Build a consolidated service to APAC by sea and air from the countries where Hillebrand Gori E-Shipping will be established.
* Identify local partners to handle import customs operations, use of import licenses when needed, deconsolidation and last-mile door delivery Sales and Operations coordination.
Pricing
* Produce and maintain accurate quotations to the customer in a timely manner.
* Provide internal buy/sell rates to IHO's and agents in the network.
* Manage the CRM system ensuring relevant opportunities are actioned accordingly.
* Procure rates and services from local transport companies and other service providers.
* Maintain various internal and external pricing tariffs.
* Liaise and support Outdoor Sales Executives.
