Our client, a major federal department is launching a multi-year enterprise transformation to replace its current ERP platform, and we're seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead delivery.
Key responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end ERP program delivery across Finance, HR, Procurement, and T&E
* Own the integrated program plan (schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, reporting)
* Manage system integrator performance and contractual obligations
* Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment up to Program Board/SRO level
* Coordinate cross-stream dependencies and ensure delivery outcomes
About you
* Strong experience in multi-vendor, complex stakeholder environments
* Deep capability in risk/issue management and program governance
* Comfortable engaging senior executives and leading cross-functional teams
