The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Executive (Growth & Campaigns) to support the execution of Decidr's marketing initiatives.
You'll help turn marketing plans into live campaigns across digital channels, events, and partner initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating launches, managing campaign assets, supporting lead generation programs, and ensuring marketing operations run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
* Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn, email, website, and partner channels
* Coordinate campaign timelines, launch activities, and marketing deliverables
* Set up landing pages, lead capture forms, and marketing workflows
* Manage campaign assets and ensure materials are delivered on schedule
* Support marketing lead generation initiatives and campaign programs
* Ensure marketing leads are captured and tracked accurately in CRM systems
* Maintain marketing lists, segmentation, and campaign audience data
* Support the delivery of events, webinars, and partner marketing initiatives
* Coordinate event promotion campaigns and registration communications
* Assist with campaign reporting and marketing performance tracking
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
You'll likely have:
* 1–3 years experience supporting marketing campaigns or digital marketing activities
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills
* Experience working with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
* Strong written communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
* Interest in technology, startups, or AI
