Based on the central Gold Coast, Lynx Landscaping | Pools | Design is an established, award winning Residential Landscaping Company with a diverse project portfolio of high-end landscaped homes. We pride ourselves on our strong reputation with trades, suppliers and people within this industry.
We have experienced continual growth over the past few years and are currently seeking to hire an Estimating & Sales Coordinator to join our team.
**Key Role Overview**
- Dealing with existing & in-coming customer calls, messages & enquiries.
- Create project specific proposals for presentation to potential clients.
- Present proposals to clients and assist with follow-up questions or revisions.
- Update and maintain customer sales & specific project spreadsheets (Excel).
- Invoice clients with deposits, progress payments & variations etc. (Xero).
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience with computers - PDF, Word & Excel spreadsheets (Google Docs) & typing.
- Understanding of landscape construction methodology, Australian building standards and the ability to interpret 2D design & engineering plans and specifications (Can be easily trained).
- High attention to detail with the ability to prepare detailed proposals and estimates, ensuring accuracy throughout all project stages.
- Ability to multitask while working with clients & across numerous projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Genuine interest and passion in creating unique and beautiful outdoor areas with likeminded professionals.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
