We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join the Arnhem Allied Health Centre in Nhulunbuy, delivering high-quality, client‐centred services across East Arnhem Land.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse caseload while making a real difference in the lives of children, families, and communities across remote and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander settings.

About the Role:

You will provide assessment, intervention, and reporting services within an NDIS framework, managing your own caseload while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes community-based and outreach service delivery, requiring flexibility, independence, and a strong commitment to culturally responsive practice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver assessment and intervention for paediatric and complex clients
* Manage an independent caseload and develop individualised treatment plans
* Prepare high-quality NDIS reports and funding documentation
* Provide functional assessments, therapy, and ongoing review
* Work collaboratively with families, schools, support workers, and stakeholders
* Deliver outreach services across East Arnhem Land communities
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Contribute to multidisciplinary team practice and remote clinical collaboration

About You:

* Minimum 2 years post‐graduate Speech Pathology experience
* Experience managing independent caseloads in assessment and intervention
* Strong NDIS experience, including reporting and funding justification
* Experience with paediatric and/or complex presentations (ASD, developmental delay, neurological conditions)
* Strong clinical reasoning, organisation, and documentation skills
* Ability to work autonomously with remote clinical support

Highly regarded:

* Experience in rural, remote, or outreach settings
* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
* Interest or experience in AAC, assistive technology, or mealtime management
