Position Details
* Full Time or Part Time (0.8FTE) Permanent Position
* Classification: Registered Nurse Level 2 salary range of $100,064 - $105,123 per annum (pro rata)+ Superannuation OR
* Classification: Health Professional Level 2 with a salary range of $94,927 - $106,210; per annum (pro rata) + Superannuation
* Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year

About your new role
Strathpine Medicare Mental Health Centre, funded by North Brisbane PHN, is a front door for people over 18 to access mental health support. The Centre assists people experiencing high levels of distress or suicidal crisis, by providing accessible community mental health support.
Service delivery reflects principals of Trauma Informed Care and Recovery Orientated practices and is guided by extensive co-design processes.
The Mental Health Clinician role will have a focus on clinical assessment, provision of relevant evidence-based interventions (within practice scope) and collaborative care coordination.

What you will bring to the role
* Formal tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or related
* Current full registration as an Enrolled Nurse/Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), OR
* Current full registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), OR
* Current full registration as a Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or be eligible to hold membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
* Candidate has previous experience in mental health practice
* Applicants from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds, or from culturally & linguistically diverse backgrounds or those with a lived experience of recovery and mental health challenges are encouraged to apply
