About the Role
Turner & Townsend's Project Management division is recruiting for Project Managers at various levels in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
* Develop working relationships, problem solve and drive projects to successful completion
* Manage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
* Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost‐saving measures, discrepancies and potential construction problems
* Manage project safety and environmental requirements
* Manage project timelines, risks and reporting
* Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep the budget on track
* Chair project/site meetings with clients, consultants and contractors
* Be engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
Qualifications
* A recognised degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
* Client‐side consulting experience is ideal
* Ability to thrive in a high‐pressure, fast‐paced environment
* Advanced Microsoft skills are essential; Primavera skills will be highly regarded
* Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
* Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients
