The Opportunity
This role suits a Business Banker ready to step into larger, more complex deals. You'll manage an established, diversified portfolio while driving new‐to‐bank growth. Clients typically sit in the $30M–$50M turnover range, with lending needs of $10M–$30M, across cash flow, capital, transaction banking, risk and deposits.
What You'll Do
* Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
* Originate new business through your network and first‐party referrals
* Structure and negotiate complex lending solutions
* Collaborate with product specialists to meet client needs
* Represent CommBank across the region
What We're Looking For
* Experience managing a successful business banking portfolio
* Proven first‐party business development capability
* Background in business or commercial lending
* Strong credit, financial analysis and product knowledge
* Experience in the diversified sector (advantageous)
