Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist
Veolia is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to oversee water quality across multiple sites in Victoria. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our drinking water and wastewater operations meet contractual, health, environmental, and legislative requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader to drive process optimisation, innovation, and excellence in water management. You'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring water and wastewater quality meets contractual and regulatory standards
* Optimising processes through data analysis and performance monitoring
* Developing and implementing process control strategies for treatment plants
* Leading process reviews, investigations, and incident response
* Championing Green initiatives to reduce chemical and energy usage
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Tertiary qualifications in chemical engineering or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience in water or wastewater treatment operations
* Sound knowledge of Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and relevant environmental legislation
