Ricoh Australia is looking for a passionate Account Executive to drive digital workplace solutions in an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth
: Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain a solid sales pipeline, and position Ricoh as a leading Digital Services Solutions provider.
Account Management
: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and execute territory planning.
Solution Selling
: Present and sell Ricoh's suite of products and services, including Office Print / Print Management Solutions, Production Print, Workplace & Audio-Visual Technology, Digital Automation and Workflow Solutions, ITS Services, Managed Services, tailored to the client's needs.
Business Strategy
: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and manage CRM.
Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Market Intelligence
: Stay updated with industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of industry segments.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in technology or digital solutions.
Robust track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
Proactive, results-driven approach focused on customer satisfaction.
Experience handling multi-level relationships, including business and technical decision makers.
Strong time management, organisational skills, and negotiation influence.
Team-environment proficiency and ability to work well in a cooperative setup.
