Position Overview
As a Global Product Lead for the InsureTech Platform, you will lead the end-to-end development of a cutting-edge SaaS solution for insurance claims accommodation, initially focused on the Australian market and with later global expansion. Acting as both a Product Manager and the Product Solution Owner (PSO) for the InsureTech vertical, you will craft innovative, scalable solutions that redefine claims accommodation processes for global insurance carriers during periods of crisis and standard home insurance claims.
You will collaborate within HRS's Product Trio operating model, working closely with Engineering Leads and Product Designers to deliver a platform that aligns with customer needs, drives operational efficiency, and delivers measurable business outcomes. This role demands a strong mix of strategic vision, technical expertise, and customer-centric execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Platform Development: Define the product vision, roadmap, and functional requirements for the InsureTech platform, ensuring alignment with HRS's SaaS strategy.
* Product Solution Ownership: Act as the strategic owner of the InsureTech vertical, ensuring end-to-end alignment across user personas, business needs, and technical execution.
* Agent-Centric Features: Develop dashboards for agents to monitor claims, view metrics, forecast emergencies, and manage account settings.
* Collaboration & Leadership: Operate within the Product Trio, collaborating with Engineering Leads and Product Designers to deliver a cohesive platform experience.
* Metrics-Driven Ownership: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including adoption, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Requirements
* Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in SaaS or enterprise platform development. Experience in InsureTech, FinTech, or TravelTech is a strong advantage.
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of API-driven platforms, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions.
* Customer-Centricity: Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.
* Leadership Skills: Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
