Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Keighery Hotel as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers.
Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Role Purpose
To lead through Redcape's purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on our key performance metrics.
To support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance.
You would work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, taking carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
Required: RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain).
A successful candidate would have previous experience in the hospitality industry, leading a variety of teams and a comprehensive understanding of Gaming Operations.
