About the Role.
You'll be supported & trained to:
- Fabricate and manufacture lightweight conveyor and transmission belts.
- Install and service belts at customer sites across various industries.
- Work both in our Virginia workshop and on‑site for diverse job experiences.
What You'll Need.
- Mechanical aptitude and a hands‑on approach.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Self‑motivation during periods of work autonomy.
- Willingness to learn and work safely.
- Current driver's licence (essential).
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not required).
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
