Job Title: Financial Support Specialist
* This role is a key part of a specialist health program team, providing financial support and administrative services to daily operations.
* The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in finance and administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide general program finance and office administration support to the Specialist Health Service's daily operations.
* Manage finances, reconcile documents, prepare invoices, and perform end-of-month finance processes.
* Assist with drafting budgets and contracts, monitor transactions, and track progress.
* Perform administrative tasks, such as travel requirements, and backstopping Operations Manager when on leave.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with oracle financial management systems.
* High-level communication skills and intermediate advanced MS office skills.
* Able to operate effectively in a small team, contribute positively to team operations, and work in a busy environment requiring multi-tasking and prioritizing.
