As an inventory coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory data on our system. This rewarding role offers exposure to procurement strategies, pricing analysis, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update inventory data using Excel and BusinessCraft software.
* Collect and analyze pricing information to support cost-saving decisions and optimize inventory levels.
* Provide regular reports on product availability and inventory status to stakeholders.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and review of vendor invoices.
* Collaborate with the procurement team to manage supply contracts and ensure seamless delivery.
* Support business objectives by delivering accurate information within tight deadlines.
About You:
* Advanced Excel skills – proficient in functions such as VLOOKUP.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with effective oral and written communication skills.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
* Ability to liaise across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
* Previous experience in the residential construction industry or completion of a relevant certification is highly desirable.
