We are seeking an experienced receptionist with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a receptionist position
* High-level customer service skills
* Exceptional communication skills and personal polish
* An upbeat, polite, and pleasant telephone manner
* Self-organisational skills (able to deal with multiple calls and 'walk-ins' simultaneously)
* Basic computer skills
In this part-time role, you'll be at the forefront of our organisation, providing exceptional customer service as a receptionist and carrying out administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities Include:
* Responding to high-volume incoming calls (300+ per day) and directing them to internal contacts
* Providing impeccable customer service to clients visiting reception
* Managing both incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintaining stationery and inventory
* Entering data into systems and maintaining job records
* Maintaining petty cash and reconciling accounts
