We don't just \"fit windows.\" We run a manufacturing production line at the client's home. We are looking for Installers, Carpenters, and Glaziers who are tired of chaotic worksites and want to work for a company that rewards discipline.

The Best Systems: No scribbled notes. You get a \"Job Pack\" for every install. We use tablets and the Ascora App to manage jobs digitally.
Top-Tier Product: Work with high-quality uPVC systems that fit perfectly. We use a 100% Steel Reinforcement rule, meaning you aren't installing flimsy frames.
THE ROLE
Working in elite residential teams, you will execute our 15-Step Installation Protocol:
Demolition: Careful removal of old timber/aluminium frames (minimal damage).
Installation: Fitting premium uPVC frames (Plumb, Level, Square).
Site Glazing: You will be glazing frames on-site. You must understand (or be willing to learn) proper \"Toe & Heel\" packing to ensure sashes never drop.
The \"White Glove\" Finish: Installing timber reveals, architraves, and silicone sealing to a perfectionist standard.
Digital Handshakes: Uploading \"Pre-Start\" and \"Completion\" photos to the app to sign off the job.
ABOUT YOU
Trade Experience: Background in Carpentry, Joinery, or Glazing. (uPVC experience is a bonus, but we train the right attitude).
The \"5S\" Mindset: You hate mess. You understand that \"Clean is Inspection.\" You treat a client's home with respect.
Tools & Van: Own reliable vehicle and some basic power tools (We will supply tools if required/Vehicle provided within 3 months of proven work ethic)
Licenses: White Card, Drivers License, and Police Check.
Reliability: If you say you'll be there at 7:00AM, you are there on time or 15 minutes.
