About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our head office team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily data entry and processing of invoices
* Vendor account reconciliations (weekly, monthly, subcontractor, and hire)
* Liaising with sites and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and queries
About You
You are an experienced administrator with strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Your detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
You will demonstrate:
* Proven experience in a similar accounts payable or administrative role
* Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
