As a trainee, you will be given the chance to commence your Certificate III or upskill to a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. Our experienced mentors will support you throughout your learning journey, providing guidance and study time at the centre.
The role involves working 38 hours per week (rotating roster) or part-time options. You will be required to hold a valid Employee Working with Children Check, a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, and have completed 'Protecting Children - Mandatory reporting and other obligations for the Early Childhood Sector' training.
In addition, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Regulations.
