**Ipswich Early Education Centre** is located across the road from Leichhardt State School and cares for up to 75 children per day. We offer many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus in our centre.
QCCS invests in their staff and will cover the cost for you to upskill your qualifications to assist you in becoming successful in your career (eligibility criteria applies).

**Position details**
We are looking for a wonderful child care Assistant to help run an early education program in one of our learning environments, for an immediate start. No two days will be the same as you build relationships with families and children and help to facilitate their education. You will be a passionate and dedicated person who is committed to inspiring learning in children.
**Position requirements**
The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care and great communication skills. Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria;
- **Hold/studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood**:
- Hold a current paid blue card
- Be motivated & enthusiastic
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a skilled manner in the workplace
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**Salary**: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
