The CustomerService Officer is a role within SA Housing Authority ContactCentre and is accountable to Team Leader, Manager Contact Centrefor:
Undertakinginbound and outbound contact and administrative processes asrequired, whilst providing accurate, responsive and timely clientservices, accurate recording of information pertaining to SAHousing Authority clients and modelling the behaviours aligned withthe service values of SA Housing Authority.
SpecialConditions
1. Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to employment.

Multiple short term contract rolesavailable.
Successfulapplicants will remain in the pool for 12 months or until a vacancyarises, whichever is sooner.
