Entry-Level Factory Position
You'll embark on a structured 4-module development pathway, commencing with Module 1: Residential Fabrication Foundations. You'll learn workplace safety and glass handling, assembly of windows and doors, and team-based factory work under close mentorship.
The Career Pathway
From there, you'll progress into commercial fabrication, installation, and eventually have the chance to lead and mentor others. Your journey will be marked by:
