An insight into your responsibilities will include:Lead Operations Integrity managing Community Risk for Upstream Operations and for Product Solutions OperationsDevelop and steward annual community outreach strategy for each major operating site, and as required for key projects at sites to meet objectives and regulatory requirements and support licence to operateProvide annual update to OIMS Management CommitteeParticipate in internal and external OIMS assessmentsFirst point of contact, providing Community Relations assistance and advice to operating sites and projects across Australia and New Zealand including how to manage community enquiries and issues for base business and projectsSteward annual community contributions budget and programsDevelop and steward metrics for all contributions and report metricsDevelop and foster local community relationships to identify potential issues and grow network of third-party advocatesEngage with Public and Government Affairs Team to promote community relations initiativesManage site participation in community visits and other outreach programs, and participation in volunteer activities
