Facilities Maintenance Specialist
To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we are seeking an individual who can perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
* Clean building areas such as walls, windows, ceilings, floors, carpets, air vents and furniture using manual or power equipment to ensure a spotless environment.
* Maintain cleanliness of washrooms by disinfecting high-touch areas and using proper PPE when required.
* Launder linens as needed and dispose of waste in designated areas while maintaining cleanliness.
Required Skills:
* The ability to work with specialized chemicals safely using sound judgment is crucial for this role. Required skills include the use of dusting polishes vacuuming sweeping wet mopping shampooing wax buff personal protective equipment (PPE)
