The Pathology South Receptionist is a key role within the multidisciplinary team supporting workflow and providing excellent customer service to consumers visiting our busy clinic in the Wellington Centre.
Role Overview
Royal Hobart Hospital is Tasmania's largest hospital, and we provide phlebotomy and specimen collection services in the outpatient setting at Wellington Clinic and satellite collection centres at Glenorchy, Kingston and Rosny.
Our service supports inpatients areas at the RHH.

Key Responsibilities
You will need:
* Proven experience in reception and clerical functions along with excellent customer service skills.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate professionally, courteously and discreetly with staff, the public, clinical and laboratory personnel and external service providers.
