The ideal candidate will possess:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel operations leadership.

* Demonstrated strength in Food & Beverage operations and financial performance.

* Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and consistent operational results.

* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of managing hotel P&Ls effectively.

* A natural people leader who inspires, develops, and leads with integrity.

* Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, preferably Opera Cloud).
