This is not a caretaker role. It is about winning work, achieving targets, and growing revenue while building lasting client relationships.
Your Impact
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets
* Manage and grow existing accounts while bringing in new business opportunities
* Develop strong technical product knowledge to sell the benefits, not just the features
* Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, tenders, and proposals that win work
* Own the customer relationship from first meeting through to delivery
* Work closely with estimating, design, production, and project teams to ensure client expectations are met
What We're Looking For
* Proven account management and sales experience with measurable results
* A strong commercial mindset and drive to achieve sales budgets
* Ability to grasp technical detail and explain it simply to clients
* Confidence to pitch, negotiate, and close opportunities at senior levels
* Willingness to travel nationally (onsite and on the road, not WFH)
* A team player who thrives in a results-driven environment
