Description
* Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing agreements with customers and partners.
* Collaborate closely with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and comply with internal policies.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of contract documentation to support deal closure and revenue recognition.
* Identify and mitigate risks in sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses.
* Maintain a centralized repository of sales contracts and track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates.
* Provide guidance and training to sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies.
* Support continuous improvement of contract templates, workflows, and approval processes.
Qualifications / Skills
* Bachelor\'s degree in business, law, or a related field.
* Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are beneficial
* Knowledge of contract law and regulations.
* Experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Strong commercial business acumen and judgment.
