Flowerdale Estate is a stunning wedding venue, conference centre, restaurant, and country retreat, offering guests unforgettable dining experiences in a beautiful rural setting. From intimate à la carte dinners at Gracie's Restaurant to large-scale weddings and corporate events, our kitchen is at the heart of it all.
We're looking for a full-time Sous Chef to join our close-knit kitchen team, working under the guidance of our Head Chef, Dominic Grundy.
This isn't just a restaurant gig – you'll be switching it up between:
* À la carte service at Gracie's Restaurant
* Large-scale weddings (think 100+ guests)
* Corporate events & celebrations
We want someone who:
* Knows their way around a busy à la carte kitchen
* Can plate with precision and keep calm when it's pumping
* Has experience in both restaurant and function service
* Is organised, clean, and leads by example
* Can work weekdays, nights, and weekends as rostered
