Job Title: Indian Kitchen Chef
We are seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team in Shellharbour.
The role involves cooking authentic Indian dishes, managing the tandoor oven and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene. We require candidates with at least 2 years of experience in cooking authentic Indian cuisine and relevant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes to a high standard.
* Manage and maintain the tandoor oven to ensure it is clean and functional.
* Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in cooking authentic Indian cuisine.
* Relevant qualifications in cooking or a related field.
