About the Role
The Assistant Venue Manager will play a key leadership role, working closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, accommodation, and gaming areas. The role involves mentoring staff, ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the strategic growth of the venue. This is a highly visible, hands-on position ideal for someone who leads from the front.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience managing multiple hospitality departments
* Strong understanding of venue operations, compliance, and budgeting
* Confident communicator with strong leadership and team development skills
* Ability to manage pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Holds or is willing to obtain RMLV, RSA, RSG, Gaming License, and CLO certifications
