**Role Overview**:
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance activities within the company's facility. Your main goal will be to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the production lines, reducing downtime, and maximising productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and skill development.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimise equipment breakdowns and ensure the longevity of machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Production, Quality Assurance, and Safety, to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with industry regulations.
- Evaluate equipment performance data and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role within the FMCG industry, preferably within food processing production.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and implementing process improvements.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations within the food manufacturing setting.
