This position is ideal for experienced consultants seeking to leverage their expertise in management consulting and/or large capital program management.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of demonstrated leadership in growing client relations, people, and knowledge development. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day delivery with the client team, ensuring buy-in, understanding, and transfer of capabilities to our client teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of consultants to deliver research, insight, and answer development for each engagement.
* Couching, mentoring, and developing each member of the team.
* Engaging global topic leaders to leverage 'Best of BCG' expertise and knowledge for the client.
