W Brisbane, located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000, is hiring a part time bartender for The Lex - our signature restaurant inspired by the spirit and verve of New York City.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive.
* Prepare serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
* Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and change handling.
* Previous knowledge of cocktails, wines and beers.
* Experience in making cocktails.
