The Head of Clinical Governance and Aged Care is a critical role responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of clinical service delivery across Aged Care services, including high-risk and complex cases. With a focus on clinical governance, program development and growth, risk management, regulatory compliance and workforce capability, the position ensures the delivery of person-centred outcomes aligned with Aged Care and NDIS standards that will strengthen Police HomeCare's offering now and into the future.
Reporting to the General Manager and leading Aged Care Coordinators and clinical staff, this is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned leader or emerging professional ready to take the next step in their career. The role demands a dynamic clinical professional qualified as a Registered Nurse, or equivalent, with expertise in aged care governance and compliance, proven ability to manage complex care and high-risk cases, and strong understanding of Aged Care and NDIS standards, frameworks and reform. Equally important are exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities, strong workforce leadership and the ability to drive service innovation and program growth while fostering a culture of safety, compliance and person-centred care.
