Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting
* Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
* Monitor and maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and service
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
* Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide training
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities
* Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed business decisions
* Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for the best prices and quality
* Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
* In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
* Knowledge of food and beverage cost control and inventory management
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with other department heads to ensure the success of the restaurant.
