Talent Forge is a fast-growing recruitment agency in North Sydney, and after a huge year of growth in we're expanding again. We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help drive our emerging Technology division—working with SaaS, Software, Cybersecurity, MSP, and Professional Services clients across APAC.
This isn't a typical recruitment consulting role. This is a 180° position focused on outbound prospecting and managing your own client accounts. No candidate management—just pure business development, relationship-building, and client ownership. You'll be given warm leads, a huge database and full marketing support.
What You'll Do
Business Development
* Identify, target, and win new technology clients (startups, scale-ups, enterprise).
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
* Present tailored recruitment solutions and proposals.
* Lead client meetings and discovery sessions to understand hiring needs.
Account Management
* Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients.
* Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business.
* Partner closely with delivery consultants to ensure seamless fulfilment.
* Attend face to face meetings, business lunches and trade-shows/events
* Network across the industry and grow a strong personal brand
About You
* Experience in B2B outbound sales.
* A hungry, driven "up-and-comer" with a passion for the tech space.
* Huge work ethic and "take action" mindset
* Strong communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* Motivated by smashing targets and building meaningful client relationships.
