Senior Bookkeeper – Manufacturing (Scoresby)
About the Role
We are seeking a hands‐on and reliable Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing manufacturing business. This role is responsible for managing day‐to‐day finance operations, supporting cashflow, and ensuring compliance across the group.
Working closely with the CFO, you will take ownership of core finance functions and play a key role in supporting a business supplying major retail customers.

Natvia IP Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company specialising in natural sweeteners and food products. Our products are sold across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Hong Kong, with key customers including Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Metcash.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable, receivable and supervise a small finance team
* Maintain accurate financial records in Reckon Online
* Perform month‐end reconciliations (bank, credit card, balance sheet)
* Support cashflow management and ensure timely payments and collections
* Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, payroll tax and compliance reporting
* Manage payroll and related reporting
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, external accountants and government agencies
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting and process improvements
About You
* 3+ years' experience in a bookkeeping or similar role
* Strong understanding of Australian compliance (BAS, IAS, payroll tax)
* Experience using Reckon (or similar accounting systems)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Hands‐on, proactive and able to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience in manufacturing or inventory‐based businesses is highly regarded
