Together you will ensure operational excellence across retail standards, compliance and team development while fostering meaningful relationships within the local community. Key Responsibilities Oversee ordering, merchandising and sale of stock Manage sales performance, budgets and reporting Lead, train and supervise a diverse team including local Indigenous employees Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety and licensing requirements Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards Build trusted relationships with community members and stakeholders Promote healthy living and culturally aware retail practices What We’re Looking For Proven experience in retail, grocery or supermarket management (both partners ideally) Strong leadership and mentoring skills Solid understanding of financials, stock control and compliance Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A calm, adaptable and community-minded approach Cultural awareness and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain a National Police Check Unfortunately this role does not support Visa Sponsorships or restricted working rights.
