ST Engineering are looking for a reliable and motivated Factory Hand / Warehouse All Rounder to join our team in Kilsyth. This is a hands-on role supporting our warehouse and factory operations to ensure orders are processed accurately, stock is well managed, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position and takes pride in maintaining an organised workspace while supporting the wider team.
About the Role
As a Factory Hand / Warehouse All Rounder, you will play an important role in supporting warehouse and factory operations. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, inventory management, receiving and dispatching stock, and helping with general factory duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
Picking & Packing
* Accurately pick and pack spare parts orders for dispatch
* Prepare orders for courier or delivery
Inventory Management
* Maintain accurate inventory records
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
* Keep warehouse stock and parts organised and easy to locate
Dispatch & Receiving
* Receive incoming stock and materials
* Prepare outgoing shipments for dispatch
* Complete customer deliveries when required
General Factory Duties
* Assist with various tasks across the warehouse and factory
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace
Team Collaboration
* Work both independently and as part of the warehouse and office team
* Follow processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
* A valid driver's license (required)
* Forklift license (Forklift experience is essential, holding a current license is advantageous)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A flexible and hands-on approach to warehouse and factory tasks
* Good organisational skills
