Clough has an exciting opportunity for a HRIS System Specialist to join the Digital Team in our Perth office! In this role, you will be responsible for setup, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of our ERP digital solution. Your passion to lead a team, build internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships will be key in driving business outcomes and solutions.

Your focus will include:
- Support the design, rollout, and test system updates; resolve issues; troubleshoot problems; and identify design needs.- Liaise with Head Office team in Milan to identify system improvements- Maintain and update system documentation.- Conduct performance and security audits and system reviews- Develop and deliver end user support and training- Manage external vendors involved in supporting or implementing systems- Elicit functional requirements and support process mapping for both continuous service improvement and support the delivery of new digital solutions.- Develop specifications and designs for HR related dashboards and reports- Supervise HR analyst
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline or equivalent experience- Knowledge of HR processes- 5+ year function management experience of a HRIS system (SuccessFactors would be advantageous)- Experience with Power BI would be advantageous- Experience in working with business users and documenting business requirements- Managing external service providers and vendors- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills- Leading and supervising teams- Experience in IT change management and managing incidents
