Overview
We are seeking a Site Engineer to support the delivery of water infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating site activities, supporting project planning, and working closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver critical water and wastewater infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of water infrastructure projects on site
* Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements
* Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project schedules
* Monitor project progress, track costs, and report on site performance
* Conduct site inspections and ensure quality assurance processes are followed
* Prepare site reports, documentation, and as-built records
* Support problem solving and technical decision-making during project delivery
About You
* Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Experience working on civil or water infrastructure projects (pipelines, treatment plants, pump stations, or utilities)
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site operations
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards in infrastructure projects
