**Your new company**
Hays Office Support are currently seeking an APS3 Administration Officer for a well-known Australian Government agency. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team & assist with administrative requirements relating to supporting individuals requiring unique care. This is an independent statutory agency, that supports a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability, and their families and carers. The role will require full-time hours and will be offered as a temporary 18-month assignment.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be the successful applicant you'll have demonstrated experienced working in an administrative role. In addition, you will be able to;
- Engage with the public, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate both virtual and face-to-face meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Organise calendars, prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
- Organise travel arrangements, fleet management and process credit card acquittal requirements
- Undertake a range of data entry activities and ensure follow up is completed
