As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Residential Care and Services Manager. This role involves overseeing various office administration systems within a technology-driven environment and interacting with staff, residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure efficient site administration to support resident care and staff management.

2. Maintain staffing levels per Manager's directive.
\
3. Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team.

4. Certificate III in Office Administration and rostering system proficiency preferred.
\
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems required.
\
6. Proven expertise in rosters, staff recruitment, and administrative tasks.
\
7. Possession of a valid Driver's License is essential.
\
8. Leadership experience and initiative are highly valued.

9. Ability to adapt to changing community needs.
