Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Property Manager at LJ Hooker Kensington | Unley. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing rental properties, maintaining positive relationships with property owners and tenants, conducting regular property inspections, coordinating property maintenance requests and repairs, managing lease agreements, marketing rental properties, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. The role also involves addressing tenant inquiries promptly and ensuring optimal property performance.
Qualifications
* Strong property management skills, including knowledge of lease agreements and maintenance coordination
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities for working with tenants, property owners, and vendors
* Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple properties and tasks efficiently
* Familiarity with property management software and relevant tools
* Ability to resolve conflicts, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
* Understanding of legal regulations and compliance within the real estate industry
* Experience in the residential property management (3+ years)
* A valid driver's licens (fully maintained company car provided)
