Business Operations Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable professional to support the delivery of high-quality business operations in a fast-paced environment. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Corporate Services Manager to provide input and effective support to the development, management, implementation and monitoring of business operations systems and plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with coordinating purchasing across all campuses and managing freight logistics
* Provide financial planning, monitoring, reporting, research and analysis
* Support the maintenance and replacement of the school's physical assets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage travel and accommodation bookings for staff and students
Eligibility
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting
