We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager or Technical Lead to support delivery of an innovative Agentic AI solution designed to provide Mobile Network Experience insights to frontline operational teams. This role is critical in shaping, coordinating, and operationalizing a next‐generation capability that enhances how customer mobile network experiences are measured, understood, and acted upon across multiple markets.
While exposure to AI technologies—such as Amazon Bedrock or modern AI architectures—is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. This position is open to both permanent and contract candidates, with a minimum 6‐month engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, delivery, and operations of an Agentic AI solution supporting mobile network experience insights.
* Coordinate technical workstreams, manage vendors, and ensure alignment between internal teams and external delivery partners.
* Work with network engineering, data, product, and frontline operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable delivery outcomes.
* Oversee project schedules, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
* Support integration activities across mobile network data sources, operational platforms, and AI‐powered systems.
* Facilitate technical discussions, design walkthroughs, and solution validation workshops.
* Contribute to readiness planning, change management, and operational handover.
* Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress to senior stakeholders and project governance bodies.
* Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tooling, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Need
* Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, or similar.
* Strong understanding of telecommunications network environments.
* Experience delivering complex technical solutions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage vendors, coordinate cross‐functional teams, and drive structured delivery outcomes.
* Solid understanding of modern cloud, data, or AI‐adjacent solution landscapes (AI experience welcome but not required).
* Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high‐performance team culture.
