YOUR NEW ROLE

The Campaign Specialist plays a key role in delivering marketing campaigns on time and to a high standard- managing project coordination, creative asset rollout and stakeholder communication to keep campaigns running smoothly. Working closely with the Senior Campaign Manager and cross-functional teams, the role supports performance monitoring and reporting, contributing the operational expertise and analytical rigour that underpin the success of Sydney Opera House's marketing initiatives.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

Key Responsibilities/skills:

* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Arts Management with 3–4 years' experience delivering marketing campaigns focused on commercial outcomes.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
* Strong organisational, planning and time management skills, supported by excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Creative, Digital and Paid Media functions.
* Proficiency in using performance metrics and analytics to inform decisions and optimise campaign outcomes.
* Experience managing budgets and preparing financial reports, ensuring campaigns align with performance expectations at Sydney Opera House.
