About the Role
The Client Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic financial advice, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
* Provide clients with strategic financial advice and insights to help them achieve their business goals and improve financial performance.
* Oversee the delivery of accounting, tax, and advisory services to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Lead and mentor a team of accountants and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations. They will also possess excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in public practice accounting, with a focus on client management and advisory services.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
* Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
